For the peanut sauce
- 3 cup natural-style creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 12 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 18 teaspoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 9 teaspoons chile-garlic paste
- 4 medium garlic clove, mashed to a paste
- 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Put in the blender then put aside.
FOR THE THAI PEANUT DRESSING
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 9 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 6 to 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 3 -inch square piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
Again, put in the blender then put aside.
